By accessing or using languageachievers.in and any of our services — including IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, French, German and Interview Preparation coaching — you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and Language Achievers, operating from SCO 114-115, 4th Floor, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh 160022. By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish our content without written permission.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or overload our servers or network.
• Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to collect information from the site.
• Submit false or misleading information in enquiry or registration forms.
• Impersonate Language Achievers, its staff or students in any communication.

3. Course Enrolment

All course enrolments are subject to seat availability, batch confirmation, and full or partial fee payment as agreed at the time of joining. The institute reserves the right to:

• Approve or decline any enrolment at its sole discretion.
• Change batch timings, trainers, course schedules, or delivery mode (offline/online) with reasonable notice.
• Cancel or reschedule classes due to holidays, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Fees & Refund Policy

Course fees are clearly communicated at the time of enrolment. Once fees are paid, they are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances approved by the management in writing. Fees are also non-transferable to another person unless formally requested and approved.

Any published discount, scholarship, or offer is valid only for the duration and terms stated and cannot be clubbed with other offers.

5. Attendance & Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance, complete all assigned homework, and actively participate in mock tests. Misbehaviour, plagiarism, harassment, or any conduct that disrupts the learning environment may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our course materials — including text, logos, images, videos, mock tests, templates, and study resources — is the exclusive property of Language Achievers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, resell, share online, or redistribute any course material without our prior written permission.

7. Results & Success Claims

While we publish verified student results and success stories on our website, individual results depend on effort, prior English proficiency, consistency and practice. A Band 7+ or any specific score is not guaranteed. The 95% success rate is a historical statistic across thousands of students and does not constitute a personal guarantee.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website links to third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of these external platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Language Achievers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, including but not limited to inability to secure visas, university admissions, PR approvals, or target band scores. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific course in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
